Our apartments

The "Studio Sur" is our smallest unit with about 35 m² of living space. The ideal distribution of the living- / bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom allows a pleasant stay. In the kitchenette you can easily prepare a snack. On the spacious terrace, with about 30 m², you will find seating as well as lounging possibilities.

Our apartment "Petit" is ideal for 2 people. It consists of a large living room with a small but practical kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a small bathroom with shower and two terraces. The sofa bed in the living area offers another place to sleep (30€/night). On the partially covered front terrace you will find a barbecue as well as seating. On the back terrace you will find 2 cocktail chairs and a small garden section.

Our apartment Grande "Vista al Pueblo" is quite spacious with 57 m² of pure living space. Apart from the living room with open kitchenette, there is a separate bedroom and a small nice shower bathroom. The large covered terrace with and the small garden section complete the harmonious accommodation.

This is our JuniorSuite with upscale amenities, such as an open fireplace, a very spacious living-sleeping area with integrated kitchenette and a large bathroom with bath tub. The sun terrace offers a beautiful view into the garden and is equipped with good furnitures, as well as two deckchairs. The pool with its large sunbathing terraces is only a few meters away. 

The Apartment Tejado offers a large fully equipped roof terrace with a unique panoramic view over the property, the surrounding area up to the monastery of Sant Salvador in Felanitx. A view that none of the other apartments has. There is a living room with an integrated kitchen, a spacious separate bedroom with views over Son Macia and to the Tramuntana mountains in the west of the island and direct access to the terrace, as well as a large bathroom and a walk-in closet.
