• Prices are object-related and include only the agreed number of persons.

• For single occupancy, a discount of 30% is granted on the additional costs.

 

• Hand & shower towels, as well as bed & kitchen clothes are available and are changed regularly depending on the length of the stay.  

• A service fee of 35 € will be charged, for a fixed booking.  

 

• Per apt. a deposit of 200 € must be paid, which will be refunded when the rental unit is returned free of defects.

 

• When the planning allows it, an earlier arrival or later departure is possible for a fee of 35 €. 

 

• The tourist tax (3,30€ per person/day) has to be paid in cash at the end of the stay. 

 

• Additional costs such as water, electricity, etc. are included in the rental price.
